About Us

Our charming café and restaurant is located in the historic Customs House Residence of Maryborough, built in 1899. Guests can enjoy indoor seating, a spacious verandah, or lovely views of the Mary River Parklands and Queens Park.

This grand building honors the customs officers who once served the busy ports, showcasing the fine craftsmanship of Queensland's Public Works Department.

What an unexpected surprise. We enjoyed a lunch on the veranda overlooking the river and were treated to some of the most delicious Mexican food we have experienced. The food was so fresh and well presented. Homemade corn chips, stunning chicken, and very generous serving side. This is well worth a visit. We drove up from Hervey Bay and if you’re looking for a great day trip then we highly recommend. - Paul H
